Gregory Tsang

CEO

Mr. Tsang most recently headed the Wells Fargo Securities’ Residential Whole Loan trading desk focusing on new origination and legacy distressed portfolios. Previously, he was a Senior Director at Morgan Stanley and Barclays overseeing the mortgage trading desk and conduit platform. He has over 20 years of whole loan and mortgage industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from NYU.

Tim S. Wang

President & COO

Mr. Wang was a founding partner of a top national mortgage lender, PennyMac Financial Services Inc. Serving as Executive Vice President, Investment Strategy, Mr. Wang led the formation of various conduit programs and innovative securitization transactions. He has over 20 years of executive management and investment experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and an MBA from USC.

Amanda Roccia

Credit Risk & Due Diligence

Mrs. Roccia was recently head of Jumbo and Non-QM department at Movement Mortgage, where she spearheaded the development and execution of all Non-Agency programs. Under her guidance, she significantly expanded product offerings and launched Movement into being a major force in the private mortgage space. She has held various positions in the mortgage origination and credit risk management in her 25+ years of experience.

Rich Zimmerman

Capital Markets

Mr. Zimmerman was most recently SVP Capital Markets at Impac Mortgage Corp., where he was responsible for pricing, hedging, and sales of all residential whole loan originations. Previously, he held various positions focused on analytics related to MSR valuation, servicing portfolios, and RMBS exposures. He has over 15 years of mortgage industry experience and holds a B.S. in Chemistry and an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University in Maryland.

Roy Pack

Operations

Mr. Pack started his career at Citigroup’s Salomon Smith Barney working on the treasury and agency bond desk. He has served as the lead banker at various financial institutions managing over $3 billion of debt and equity for infrastructure projects throughout the country. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Illinois and an MBA from John Hopkins University.

Aaron Donley

Portfolio Management

Mr. Donley most recently was Vice President at PennyMac responsible for all valuation analysis, and portfolio management. He led the development of various financial models and reporting systems for managing and acquiring billions of MSRs and whole loan portfolios. Aaron received his Masters in Financial Engineering at Claremont Graduate University and Bachelor of Science in Math at Cal Polytechnic College.

Kenley Mui

Controller

BIO

Mr. Mui most recently was Senior Manager at CFGI in their Private Equity practice and assisted clients on post-acquisition accounting operations. Previously, he was an Assistant Controller at Fortress Investment in the Private Equity group where he primarily focused on accounting and treasury functions for its public company vehicle, Newcastle Investment Corp, which invested in commercial and residential real estate assets. Kenley has over 20 years of accounting experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from NYU.

Amy Downey

Compliance

Ms. Downey brings over 20 years of compliance and risk management experience with extensive knowledge in the mortgage lending industry. She has managed compliance programs within a variety of mortgage lending entities and large complex banking institutions, and she has served as the Director of Professional Services and Consulting for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. Ms. Downey has excellent business acumen and awareness of industry trends.

Lisa Schreiber

Lisa has held senior executive roles at various fintech platforms and mortgage lenders like New Rez. Her expertise encompasses growing Non-Agency lending, technology solutions, operations, product development, and training initiatives that lead to brand adoption. Lisa has been awarded multiple recognitions for her industry contributions, such as HW Vanguard, Powerful Women in FinTech, and Women with Vision.

Peter J. Heintz

BIO

Mr. Heintz has extensive and diverse experience in the mortgage and financial industry. He started his career on the due diligence business side with Clayton and Opus as the lead consultant and sales executive. Pete also held responsibilities as an Asset Manager for Credit Suisse and UBS managing credit and compliance. He was most recently a managing partner at SG Capital Partners heading operations and business development.

Jeff Vanderluit

Jeff Vanderluit began his career in lending in 1991 and has worked in correspondent, wholesale, and retail channels. Jeff has built agency aggregator models and non agency private label securitization models. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Northern Arizona University

Kris Willoughby

BIO

Kris has held many sales and executive leadership positions with various companies, including Bear Stearns, Countrywide, Bank of America, and, most recently, Lenders One. Her extensive experience in the mortgage industry in correspondent lending gives her a wide breadth of knowledge and experience, along with strong relationships with mortgage lenders.

Derek Lewis

Derek has held senior roles in business development within correspondent, wholesale and retail lending, loan servicing, and capital markets at various mortgage companies such as HSBC Mortgage Services, BB&T Capital Markets, Mr. Cooper, Fay Servicing, Rocket Mortgage, Deephaven, and Amerisave. His experience spans Agency/Government/Jumbo and non-QM products, Non-performing asset sales, CRA Whole loans, Specialty Servicing, MSR trades, and the development of large-scale lending platforms.

Georgann DeGennaro

Georgann is a successful, seasoned mortgage professional with over 30 years of experience in various sales roles within the retail and correspondent channels. Having a deep understanding of the mortgage market, she consistently provides personalized solutions and stellar customer service, earning the trust and satisfaction of clients and business colleagues alike. Outside of the office, Georgann was born and raised in Long Island and enjoys relaxing by the Great South Bay and spending time with her family and friends.

Amer Ahmed

Mr. Ahmed began his career in 2014 and has worked in the correspondent lending space since 2016. He brings a comprehensive understanding of financial structures and products, complemented by outstanding customer service and technical skills. Most recently, he was a Jumbo and Non-QM account executive at AIG Investments/Corebridge Financial.

Ann Griffith

BIO

Ann is a seasoned mortgage and business development professional with over 30 years of experience, specializing in Non-QM origination, underwriting, and B2B lending. She was most recently at Waterman Bank, driving commercial, construction, agency, and Non-QM loan production. Ann’s B2B expertise also includes leading large-scale operations, sales, and managing retail lending at various mortgage entities such as Bank of America and Fairway.
